To help us succeed with our mission, we are now looking for a:

Plant Manager

As a Plant Manager you will manage all tasks, activities and personnel of our extraction factory site in Kauhajoki, Finland. You are responsible for operational planning and execution of activities and use of resources. You will prepare material requirements forecast, investment proposals and coordinate with procurement responsible regarding volumes and qualities. The plant is in a development phase, and you will manage the development of new technology implementation, automation and scaling of capacities. You will report to the CEO.

We are looking for a technically competent Plant Manager with extensive knowledge of complicated manufacturing processes and quality systems. We expect you to have a relevant educational background and at least a few years´ of experience in the management of plant operations. Excellent communication skills in English are required.

You are an independent and confident person, who likes to work in collaboration with others. You think in a systemic way and your approach is structured and organized. You are able to see the big picture and bring improvements or stability where they are needed the most. You are a patient yet motivating influence, who can help the team to thrive and enhance its performance.
